To get started, we schedule a Meet & Greet allowing you to get to meet your driver and introduce them to your pet. When you are ready to request a pet taxi our web portal makes it easy to self-schedule giving you the freedom to choose how far you would like your pet to be transported and provides a secure way to complete your payment. After the ride ends, you will receive updates to your conversation feed featuring GPS tracking, notes, photos, and a detailed report card from your driver.
