Carla Cihlar

Hi, my name is Carla.

I live in Round Rock with my husband and our two cats, Oliver and Snickers, and a rabbit, Kevin. They all keep me busy! Our previous cat, Boots of 16 years, was also special and dear to me.

I have always had a love for animals. Growing up, I had a small dog that was a great companion. We had two hamsters and a guinea pig when my children were young. I have volunteered at the Williamson County Animal Shelter, caring for the many cats and walking dogs at the shelter. I am currently volunteering at the House Rabbit Resource Network, caring for the rabbits while they wait to be adopted.

My favorite hobby is going on walks. I love walking the outdoors on trails or just walking around the neighborhood. I enjoy taking care of my two cats and rabbit. They give me so much joy and comfort! I believe pets can provide companionship and love to a person’s life.
