Hi, I’m Claire! I am originally from the small town of Quincy, California – a hidden gem tucked away in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I grew up surrounded by farmland and forest, so not only were my own family’s pets central to my life growing up but also wildlife and pastured animals. I often took on pet sitting jobs for friends and neighbors, caring for their dogs, cats, horses and a variety of farm animals. Between the ages of ten and fourteen I pursued English riding lessons at a local stable, which included learning the essential skills of horse care, grooming and feeding.

In 2015 I moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend the University of Oregon where I studied Spanish and Latin American Studies. My travels have taken me far and wide, to Spain, Peru, Honduras, and Mexico. I am bilingual and I am passionate about cross cultural exchange and awareness. I am also an actor/singer and I currently pursue the performing arts here in Austin. My husband and I moved here in the fall of 2018 with our sweet playful cat, Quincy, who never fails to brighten our lives every single day!

I possess a genuine love for pets, and I feel a deep connection not just with my own pets but with just about any pet I encounter. I am passionate about animals big and small, scaly or furry. They dwell in our homes, they trust us, and they give us more that I believe we can ever give back! I believe in giving back to the best of my abilities with abounding love, attention, cuddles and play. And that is what I am eager to give to each and every one of your treasured pets.
