Pet Gal Leander
I have worked in HR and Leadership Development for global restaurant/retail, technology and health insurance corporations for the past 20 years. I have also had the benefit of traveling the world for work and pleasure. After consulting for the past two years and making the conscious choice to leave corporate- I am now living the dream of being in service to others with furry and feathered family members.
I grew up in West Texas and since I can remember have always had animals in our home. I am an accomplished equestrian and have cared for, raised, brought home and cherished horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, cats, parakeets, turtles, horny toads, goldfish and of course dogs! In addition to raising horses- my family raised large breed pups and then made a shift to hounds. Of course, we had a collection of amazing mixed breed strays along the way. Our home is always open to animals needing a safe and nurturing place to live and thrive.
Now- I spend valuable time cooking gourmet meals and caring for my senior Basset Hound (Poppy) and my husband. Both of whom I madly adore! They both eat about the same thing- just out of different bowls.
